Thanks for answering that Sandra but if thats the case then what I now don't get is this:

If the European breeders won't sell/ship their puppies because they don't want them crossing with NI then why sell/ship their unspeyed/unneutered adults which can and are being used for exactly that purpose only without the having to wait for them to grow up/mature?

Logically it just doesn't make sense at all. If they don't want to run the risk of their dogs being crossed with NI then why not spey and neuter the adults before selling/shipping?
