There's a procede of crime auction on Monday, everything is what the police have taken off criminals & the police will be auctioning off the goods they have taken from the criminals. Then on the 20th December there's a big catalogues returns auction they will be household stuff, clothes, white goods, TV, bathrooms stuff, towels, bedding etc etc Last year I got a vax floor steamer for just £5 (it had crack in handle my men put some glue & clips round crack) a slow cooker for £1, fridge for £12 (it had dent in side) set of 6 saucepans for £4 (3 missing lids) kitchen knifes for £1 (2 knifes missing) electric child's ride on car for £10 (missing battery connection men got one from Ebay for 99p) sofa & 2 matching chairs for £30 (rip on outside back of one of chairs & missing leg on sofa, gave to nephew as wedding present he put new legs on sofa) table & 4 chairs for £25 (big scratch on table men sanded table down & revarnish table) multiple ipods from £2 -£5 (missing earphones in all of them which was replace from the 99p shop) bought lots of lego kits to from £3 - £10 ( all had missing pieces in them) 6 bags of loose lego for 50p each (which were put into the lego kits) then I bought around 20 personalize dressing gowns for £1 each (don't really matter if I gave family members a dressing gown with someone else's name on it) I also bought tons & tons of personalize pens/pencils (my 5 year old nephew doesn't understand why he had colouring pencils with the name Luke on them, when his name is Harry) These catalogues returns auctions are brilliant, the electrical items are tested & pat tested, those that don't work are sold for spares parts, those that are working & in good condition (no cracks, dents, marks) are sold as new, the ones not in good condition sold as seen, its the same for the furniture, I always head for the sold as seen areas, as you get better deals, then the sold as new items.
Gno Tina - you do gnot want dem fings. But I could do wivva thick winter dressing goen only you said that was last time. Or sumfink.
Here are the 2 names of the collar/leads sets, I got from pet auction - I have 12 small collars sets for my dogs & my lodger as 4 medium sets for his Springer & Cocker Spaniels, my brother & other lodger both have 2 large sets for their GSD's & we are keeping 4 puppy sets (x small, small, medium small & large small) just in case we have another puppy or 2 joining our family, all the rest of the collar/lead sets will be going to The Rescue Home to be sold in their shop.
As Tikva only wears a thin collar for her tags, and I finally found the most perfect harnesses for her - I think from AliExpress and were ~$8 or something - postage free - I have a load of stuff to give to Ram when he comes to give her her Parkworm shot at the end of next month. He will not sell them, he just gives to new clients or to those who need a new harness or whatever. The rescue place from where Pereg came, was a voluntary place and no longer exists, so it is better than I give Ram [and Michal who has now left the surgery for more studies] to donate what I do not need for Tikva.
