Looking at the pics to me they don't look like GSD's They are lovely dogs and I love looking at their pics.
Well as they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and IMO they look like White GSDS and Husky ish not what I have in my head of what a NI looks like.
Ok again i will disagree as a husky and NI owner: Below is Spike NI Kiska my Huskyexcuse the fact is on its side!)
Okay, this was the OP, just asking for pics of white NI (very nice they are too I agree!) Your opinion is that spike doesn't look like an NI, thats fine. You are of course entitled to your opinion as we all are. The last comment about the breed standard however was off topic, and the breed standard of NI has already been raised in other threads. Okay, again your opinion is that white NI's don't look like an NI in your perception. Thats fine, I disagree, but thats my opinion. The other comments about people not being able to get on and creating other breeds is completely off topic and nothing to do with the OP's simple request of pics of white NI. All completely off topic, and also the insults of 'stupid' and 'childish' towards the breeds creators however you feel about them, are uncalled for. As for raising the subject that somebody who hasn't even posted on this thread is closing her kennels FOR HER OWN REASONS, this again has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with this thread, or you. An opinion is always acceptable when voiced in a polite and reasonable manner, and when appropriate. The only opinion that could be deemed appropriate to this thread is about white NI's, and even then there are limits since the thread starter just asked for pics of white NI, not a debate about NI. These posts go on a tangent because some people can't keep to the topic. Also I believe all the questions you have asked on this thread have been answered anyway, and as for insults and name calling, I do think 'stupid' and childish' do classify as that, so you are actually guilty of both going off topic, and name calling. This question does come across as being antagonistic, or at least it did to me, but Julie answered your question anyway since it was relating to white NI. Once again, off topic. Already covered this in her previous answer. Again, I think this comes across as antagonistic. Julie answered this question once, and you persisted on asking again. However, which stud she chooses to put to her white bitch is her own business. Now then, this was a thread that simply asked any owners of white NI to post pics, as the OP likes them. Thats it, end of list of asks, just pics please and thankyou. So some people may think they do or don't look like NI, husky, GSD, fine thats an opinion and a personal perception and thats perfectly okay. Its posts like the ones I have quoted above, (and I apologise if I have singled out kcjack in this instance, but these posts were the most obvious in this thread, to me at least) that cause threads to get locked. If anyone has an axe to grind with NI's, or any of the breed clubs thats fine too, but please PLEASE can we keep such comments from threads like these. Its obvious to me that there are those who post just trolling for an argument, it is unfair on the OP, and on anyone else who look at a thread only to find it has been hijacked by off topic and unnecessary comments. So, can we please get back on track, and see some more pics of the beautiful white NI's that I was hoping to see when I looked at this thread.
Its not trollong for and argument its looking for answers which where Nis are concerned are few and far between.
Thanks for that i had this whitte GSD boy from 8 weeks to 13yrs but lost him feb 2007, then got Ozzy my Ni as he was more whit than grey.:
On this thread, I'm sorry but it is trolling. This was a simple thread asking for pics of white NI, nothing more, and even though you were off topic your questions were answered. Now please stop, enough is enough.
This is my fav White Northern Inuit http://www.dogsey.com/showthread.php?t=81266&highlight=lola wolf she certainly looks nothing like a white GSD, she looks like a white Northern Inuit which is what she is
Otto and Lola are both beautiful dogs with great temperaments. I keep telling Spike if he eats his dinners he might grow up to be like Otto one day!
