No there are Utonagan classes at NIS Shows. The Shows incidentally are extremely well organised, everyone has a fantastic time (well myself and the girlies and the other Ute people do anyway), and there is no nastiness.I don't drink myself, but others do, there are great barbeques as well. All the dogs are off lead except on the show day and they all play together and get along fine as well.

I truly wish lying weirdos would stop having a pop at NIs. But hey ho! That's the nature of this ALL BREED FRIENDLY DOG LOVERS' SITE.

Clearly the moderators don't mind this clear contradiction in the terms of use. Could it be that they're glad of the extra hits these ridiculous slanging matches bring in? 8)

Sorry, WHERE are the empty cans and people with hangovers???

Why don't you just admit that was a blatant LIE???

And there are those of us who are intrested in the breed, those who dont want to start slagging matches, those of us who are now finding that due to the increase in popularity of these dogs have more and more appearing at there training clubs, { AS I run a training club} I find myself asking questions,

Look on the pics on NIS photos of the shows although knowing NIS will speedily remove.
We are trying to talk about all the NI pups that are being churned out can you stop changing the subject as its slightly more important.
If you have problems with me then PM me as it looks like you are trolling and we are trying to get this thread on topic.

I HAVE looked at the pics - and I saw them all as soon as they went up. You told a blatant lie about the show pics being of people with hangovers and empty cans. ADMIT IT!!!

And YOU were the one to bring that up - not me - so it would seem YOU are the one steering off-topic!!

I have already answered your OP so you should be happy now - you've had your answers.

I'm not the one trolling around the country like Miss Marple posing as a prospective puppy-buyer to take illicit photos.

I am not the one with 'spies' either!!

You really do have one set of rules for yourself and another set for everyone else.

I have no loyalty to any breeders I am afraid just the dogs who cant talk for themselves.
Have you met an ex breeding bitch?
Have you had a puppy die in your arms from something that could of been avoided?
Have you walked around a dog pound and seen all the dumped dogs through irresponsible breeding.

Well when you have you will know why I am bloody the way I am and feel like I do. I have known many many breeds but nothing like what I have seen with Nis.
If the NI breeders really cared for the breed they would answer the basic questions that were asked long before I came along. I guarentee in 3-5 years time the rescues will be filled with NIs.
That is all it would take to put this to bed basic answers, so if you are looking for someone to blame look closer to home.

kcjack, you took the thread off topic with accusations about the show - I merely showed a pic of what the show is to me - and, yes, I have a thread on NIS with more pics - please do feel free to look and comment - as far as I can see - no beer cans, drunk people, but happy dogs doing what dogs do as far as I'm concerned.

Well what I do beats sitting on your ass doing nothing hey girls?
What do you bring to the table for the welfare of dogs apart from putting others down who do make an effort.

Plus I donate in the region of 700 pounds per year to various wildlife/animal welfare charities - kcjack, you really are not the only person in the world who cares - I don't normally feel the need to state what I do - however, faced by someone who has the 'poor me, look how much I do' mentality to charity/rescue/animal welfare, I have mentioned it. Normally, I wouldn't I donate because I want to and because I care, not because I want a pat on the back and people to feel sorry for me 'rescuing' my poor pets!

Jem  - You can bring something to your breed by documenting/making public any health/temperament issues etc., should your dog develop any. Also by recording the results of any health tests you've decided to have. It adds to the database of breed/line information and helps towards furthering the breed through usng appropriate/healthy lines and pups, assuming the Society/Club keep a database.

This is a fair point, and whatever tests I do I will make common knowledge - I have no intention of breeding (my males have both been snipped - girl 1 due to be speyed in October and girl 2 3 months after she decides to come into season)
