What is the weather like there? General Chat

Whilst I have every sympathy for the family, i never understand why people choose to stand on cliff edges/rocks near water in these weather conditions.

..... especially with such young children.

After a cool week today the weather decided to heat up again and by the time we got to training was around 28C. Just before our hour was up we decide to pack it in as both dogs were getting hot.

The little black devil was a really good boy for once and did every thing he was told to without any argument. What a difference from last week when he was so NORTY!

Georgina did brilliantly and held her stay for nearly 6 minutes a record for her! After going through the tunnel though for the 3rd time, she got fed up, and as soon as she entered it, she turned round, sat down and stared at me! She looked so funny sitting there, I had to laugh! .

It was a breezy day here too, but not cold at all. I don't like it too hot either. Rosie goes with us everywhere we go so when it gets too hot, we have to plan our route very carefully so that the majority of the time we are in the shade. It spoils a good walk

What a difference a day makes, yesterday we had torrential rain and thunder storms from afternoon onward into early morning.

Today is Boiling Hot !

Last night was awful. The Beags don't mind thunder normally, but there was one massive clap that even made them jump. Next door's JRT's were home alone and were going berserk. Then today it is like this. We were to have gone out for a leisurely lunch as it's our 50th. wedding anniversary today, but Merry still has SA, and we couldn't let them fry in the car, so it will have to be an evening meal instead.

Thank you both, I have had a lovely day. Huge flower arrangement from OH, more food than I could eat tonight, and a sign from my one of my doggy friends which says,
'The first 50 years of marriage are always the hardest'. Let's get on with the easy years now.

Brrrr, cold and wet, so have fire on for first time.

Supposedly first day of winter - well summer time has gone - and I had to put the a/c on in my salon?

It is soooo cold here are present. A really hard frost last night - our dustbin lid was frozen solid, and it the mercury hasn't risen much today. The US National Beagle Specialty is being held in Florida next week, and I read that fairly high temperatures are expected for the event. Got me wondering, what is the weather like with you today?

Not so sunny Cornwall here today, Showers and the wind has a cold bite, we don’t usually get a hard frost this far down just seems to rain a lot.
