Yep I agree they look more Mal to me, heavier in build. We should stop agreeing though!

Hey, honesty is the best policy, so if we agree, we agree xxx And I agree, I think they look more like the Mal parent also xxx

I would wonder if those pups really were 1/2 GSD at all, they look far too uniform for such a cross.

    Why would they lie?

I am not saying that they are lying, just that I would have my doubts. If you look at pictures of Mal x GSD pups they are hardly ever that uniform (I certainly haven't seen any that uniform anyway).

Dare I say...this litter actually look more even/consistent/uniform/typey (whatever you like to call it) than most NI litters!
No disrespect to Inuits, but i've yet to see a litter in which every pup looks alike. Let alone overally type within the breed!

Mack was meant to be a Utonagan when I rehomed him, but I later found out he has probably got added GSD in him. His sire I found out was a GSD x Ute. So I call him a Mackie dog:002:as I am not entirely sure:lol::lol:

He was a very cute pup:mrgreen: xx

Forgive my ignorance but is a Utonagan a pedigree or a cross, I looked it up and found some info on Wikipedia which I am guessing is just rubbish.

A Utonagon basically started life as an NI..then they all fell out and split up and called their dogs something different..

There are a few others..Tamaskan, British Inuit etc etc

A Utonagan is a"breed" that was developed from the N.I, they are all related if you go back a few generations.

It is not a pedigree, same as the N.I.

You do get some litters Luke, where they all look pretty similar with the exception of colouring. I have some old pics of Shunka's litter, they all looked pretty similar.
