He still chases other cats outside and I don't know what he would do if he caught one but Ted is quite outnumbered by cats in our house now, there are 3. The two kittens are not yet going outside so they are around all of the time. This has meant that Ted is much happier being left at home if I have to go out without him. The cats can all defend themselves if he gets too rough ( his nose resembles a pincushion), and I have to shut the kittens away at dinner time or they steal his food.
I love to see pics of dogs and cats curled up together. We have a cat. She was a prrgnant stray who wondered into our yard crying for food. Coles chased her but she kept coming back. We only realised she was a stray when we discovered the two kittens in the shed where she'd given birth. We brought her into the house and trained the boys with the cat and kittens. We rehomed the kittens and kept mummy mika. Now although Coles is fine with our cat, if he sees a cat outside moving fast he will try and chase it but I can stop him.
