Oh my goodness! My heart is about to burst with love!
Our first dog was an English Setter - we bought her as a 'reject' from a breeder, with wedding money! Some of my relatives were most disgusted, but Pepper filled our lives with so much love and joy for 14 and a half years...much more than any toaster or teaset would!
Now, years later, we have two more rescue dogs, and we knew only English Setters would do....they get under your skin . This time though, we have 'workers' (hah!) and they are equally as daft and utterly loveable as the 'show' type that Pepper was....just a bit less slobbery!
