    Nice looking dogs nice and fit! a mate of mine used to have a boxer x staff years back looked just like one of those Romany bulls
    Nickyboyz Dave now theres a top dog!

    wow shes grown! i just looked back to when she was a puppy! she saw grown in to a beautiful girl!

    Ohh they look lovely, I've never heard of them either!

    I take it because that one has a trophy they are a recognized KC breed then?

    err, hardly....doubt they have a breed standard either!!! personally they look like SBT x mongrel to me......Romany sounds very romantic but probably "Pikey Pitbull" would be more apt!!!! They look like the sort of fghting dog my farrrier keeps & mates to his lurchers now & then :(

    these kind of comments add to bsl im afraid
    Fighting dogs dont have a 'look' they are all different
    By branding a breed/type its adding to bsl ;-)

    Hi ozzysmum there are different types of dog shows othr than the kc show ones, ie ed ried, ******* dog show etc :grin:

    hit the button too soon sorry,what i meant too say was no such breed,just a cross in its infancy and what i,ve heard and seen,nice looking but not the temp to go

    i have 2 romany staffs ,they are great with kids and people and very loving dogs ,any breed will fight if you teach it too ,its not the dogs its the owners

    Maybe when people ask what breed Lennox is, I should tell them he's a mini romany bulldog!:lol: there's a resembelance don't you think?! :shock:

    Blowing a wee bit of dust of this thread :D

    Interesting read this. Ive looked and very little info on the Romany on the net.

    sparked my interest, and im wondering if there are any current Romany owners or anyone new with experience that could share info or opinions?
