    Just to add-Ralph loves to listen-when he wants to...just now on walkies, he decided the stream was MUCH more intersting than me calling him back!:roll: :lol:

    Awww bless him! :grin: The best way to do it is just when ever he is standing just say stand to him even if it just for a couple of seconds, and then praise him. He will soon learn what it means. And do it when ever you give him food, throw a toy for him ect... Gradually increase the time he has to wait before a reward ;-) And get him used to standing with you holding his head under his jaw, his legs dont have to be right at that age, just teach him the word and teach him to stand still, then start to teach him to let you move his legs into position ;-) He will soon pic it all up, then you have to start going to ringcraft with him luke! :grin:

    Thanks for the advice Sarah..........hmmmn thought of me in ringcraft-dont think i'd fit in somehow, but allways open to new experiences i guess

    Depends how long i could hold my tounge when seeing certain breeds and how they look and move..sure my comments wouldnt be welcomley received :lol: Then i could try the impossible and hold my tounge!

    Yes I have got a picture of his Dad in my scrap book!!!
    Mine is called Max and he has the nicest nature I have ever known in a dog and he is also very loopy!! Just what we wanted!!
