@Malka That could happen to anyone. Especially when you have a dog that's taking a lot of meds like Pereg. It doesn't make you stupid. If you were stupid you wouldn't have noticed your mistake. Since she's already sleepy maybe you should jump on the opportunity to get some extra sleep yourself. Jump carefully or you'll fall.

I was horrified when I heard about this and I don't have words to say how much I hope Pereg is OK and recovering. It's almost unbelievable, but I know it can happen because two Boxers came from behind and unlocked gate and attacked my previous Beagle, Joe, while he was walking on a leash. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your beloved companion..

So glad the two of you got some sleep. Pereg is a special girl. With all the problems she has she keeps that happy attitude.

@Johnclick - she is fine John - it did not trigger a seizure, which is what I was worried about, but then I messed up her meds and OD'd her! She is a lot stronger than I sometimes think, but I also realise that her condition is really serious, and now she is showing signs of liver damage from her meds, but she has to have them.

It is the Devil's alternative. Darned if you to and darned if you to not.

@manydogz - she got more sleep than I did as I kept waking to check she was OK!
