I don't think that's really very fair... the dog doesn't look emaciated at all, although the angle the picture is taken from above makes it look worse. I don't believe the story for the scar. It's huge - but then, don't know that much about it either. As far as getting her head stuck under a railing. In the last two days, Takara's got her head stuck in a door, and then in the shoe rack... Fair do's - not serious enough to cause a problem but dogs will be dogs and they do have accidents. I'd be very, very angry if someone said I hadn't taken care of either of my dogs because of the scrapes they get into.
No paper work and the breeder's 'abroad'?:? Poor little thing, I hope they keep her/nurse her back to health with the family she's used to before they hand her over to a new home.:-(
Not just tossed aside but sold on If there were extreme circumstances (and I can't think of a single one off the top of my head) and I desperately needed to rehome my injured animal, not only would I not charge a penny, I would be offering the prospecive owner money to help with the vet bills! I can't believe this, nor can I believe the 'sorry no papers, but i knew the breeder really well statement',... Well then its a GSD cross or a Husky mix then isnt it... ? Just a mix breed. I'm appauled
Oh and I should add.. Poor poor thing.. Poor poor baby... I hoope someone does get her and love her.. If I could I would....
That is sick....the poor dog needs to be looked after and loved, NOT sold like damaged goods! I to very much doubt that scar is due to getting rid of fluid! I to think it looks more likely a scar that sizes is due to removing a large or several tumours or maybe due to some sort of infection.... that scar is huge!
Just seen this, what a dreadful state that poor dog is in, and to advertise her for sale on top of what she has obviously been through, sick, sick. Just hope NI Rescue has got involved in all this now.
could it be the initial trauma (head caught under railing) caused the scarring? Maybe it wasn't treated causing the fluid and subsequent stiching of wounds Poor thing.
Poor baby, you think they would at least wait until she had healed up and then gone to an Inuit rescue to help rehome her, not sell her on, God I hope she is already spayed too. Fingers crossed she finds a forever home soon, who will adore her.
OMG, How can you sell your dog just when they need you most I hope a good home is found and she is cherished
Im sure there are some members who work in vets practices on the forum, poss they may be able to shed some light on the type of scar/incisions made on this dog??
In the advert there is a pic with children, possibly in a garden, I wonder if it is those railings she got stuck under as I could see that easily happening. Poor girlie, I'd love to have her, she needs some tlc.
