    Hi and welcome,I've got a 9yr old jrt myself...Rotty in disguise,very fickle, absolutely lovely dog but very much on her terms. Tina has loads of good advise if you need it,good luck with your dogs!:)

    I just don't want to post them sorry as dogs trust said to be careful if on a public forum to not put photos up as this dog has sadly been hit by its owner in the past

    I work in a rescue home & I know The Dog Trust encourage new owners to post their new dogs on public media sites as it a way to getting more people to adopt dogs from them.
    Has your dog been removed from his previous owners by the courts because of him being abused ? if so he will not of been at The Dog Trust he will of only gone to R.S.P.C.A or court selected rescue homes, these rescue homes will only allow experience owners that have good knowledge of dog breeds to adopt & not first time owners.
