Funny that you have gotten defensive when asked where your pup came from.. someone asked if he had an affix..which would tell everyone where he came from.. you have said he has Sansorella in his lines..so does probably 75% of the rest of the NI in the country...that doesn't say where he is from..

Do people who buy NI sign some sort of code of secrecy not to tell anyone where they bought their dogs from??

Just because you THINK you did the research etc etc..doesn't mean you were told any truth along the way..

Must say Poser some of us try to research breeders and monitor litters to keep a recored of the dogs and so forth for th einterest of the dogs.
All we are asking is who is the breeder I dont see why this is so top secret.
And what health tests were done?

its not top secret. I have told you where abouts in the country he came from. No the breeder does not have an affix. I just dont see why everyone is so interested i started this thread for names not to divulge every bit of information about him. His parents were hip scored. I dont mean to sound arsey but i really do not want it to turn into what ive seen the other threads on NI turn into.
And its definately not aimed at you kcjack as you genuinly asked the questions. It is people like louise who make every comment arsey.

I reckon names depend on the characters.... I was going to call my RR Mellow, except he's a headcase so it didn't exactly suit him. Called him Brodie instead

Ohhhh well..sorry... I would be PROUD to tell anyone who asks where my dogs come from.. it always seems NI owners have the opposite problem..and of course when asked they start calling everyone else names..

LOL "arsey"..thats another to add to the collection..Nice to see as an NI owner you are making yourself at home

so why do i get the feeling that you have something against NI owners. If i were you i would be asking myself why they call you names as you seem such a nice and welcoming person!!. im not calling you names it just seems that you have a 'tone' about your message that screams arsey! Ive seen your contributions to other discussions regarding the NI and franckly i couldnt care less what other people think. I got the breed because it was the best suited to me. my choice who i give out information to and it should not be held against me for not wishing to share with people. My gsd is a recognised breed and i am proud of her breeding but i still will not disclose exactly where she came from. because privacy is one of those great things people are entitled to.

Frankly I don't give a stuff why or what names they call me... I call a spade a spade..and a lot of people don't like that..you obviously are one of them...I am a welcoming person.. but as you haven't done an intro thread there is nowhere to welcome you is there??

You seem to have done a lot of reading in such a short time so you will know what happens on NI threads..and NO I don't have an issue with NI owners at all..I have an issue with NI breeders..

    Congratulations on your puppy!!

I get my dog names from baby name websites usually, but i tend to go for human names so they're a bit boring lol

And you dont have to explain to ANYONE why you chose your puppy and it is no-ones business what his breeding is or what his kennel name is. If you choose to give that info thats up to you, but certainly dont feel bullied into giving out personal information (as it is!! and can be used to track down you and the breeder and people can get all sorts of private information including your address if they're persistant enough!!).

I just feel sad that certain people want to make every NI thread into an argument. This was a perfectly happy thread, no sign of defensiveness from what i could see, the OP gave out plenty of information that they certainly didnt have to. They were only asking for name suggestions!!! Any other new member with any other breed who asked the same would not be expected to put up with this kind of bullying...

Some people genuinely dont look at pedigrees, especially with a non-resgisterable breed. They go for health and temperment which should definately be a priority so well done POSER for doing it the right way and welcome to Dogsey :)

yeh and you say what you think which is fine, i am not one to hold back either. But you werent sayin what you think- you werent actually saying what you were thinking though-you were having a go at me for not saying who his breeding is. Lets just leave it at that then shall we? because i am not and never will breed NIs. And i didnt get him for what breed he is, i got him because the breed seemed to have the best temperament to suit me, which just happened to be an NI.

well yes you will do as my sister who owns 'the white one' is in fact a member on here.
They are actually two seperate dogs on the photobucket- brother and sister, my mum owns daisy, the bitch and my sister owns yoda the dog, and the other gsd
