Merle or B&W Collie/male or female? HELP pls! Questions

I am hoping I have a puppy, the lady has marked him as 'sold' to me.

I'm waiting to hear from her about paying balance and when he will arrive now. (I think)

In the meantime has she sent you all the health test paperwork for your pup? Hips, eye testing etc? Make sure you see all this before you part with any money

I'd steer well clear from somewhere that has one pregnant birch, more pups on the way and willing to deliver!! The pup could be in any condition healthwise and/or have a dodgy temprement, I'd really want to meet a pup before deciding it was for me, even if it meant losing a deposit I'd be backing out at this stage. Sorry to sound a humbug
