   Just wondered because in the last few weeks we have collected dogs from being a) chainned up outside to a tree because it killed a goat when it broke its chain and got loose, (been chained up for months)
   b) Locked in a shed because it was left loose in a house with the kids hamsters in balls and it ate them, starving and beaten,
