    Wow - thanks guys, what an interesting thread!

    I think if I had the means I would have at least one of each type of dog, and carious crosses/mixes :lol:

    Tom the Lurcher how did you get it checked if you don't mind me asking? I still think we should send Tom and Diesel on Jeremy Kyle and see if their related lol.

    Theres a greyhound dallie cross on a lurcher forum, Im sure of it, gorgeous dog. Tbh I'm more attracted to the dogs rather then the cross, my favs now apart from hounds are Lulu, Boxer cross Staff, Gucci, Staff cross Lab, Becks, Staff cross Mastiff, Whisky, Jack Russel cross Wire haired Fox Terrier, and a dog that I forgot his name :blush:, but he is a Australain Cattle Dog cross Bull Mastiff I also met a gorgeous Yorkie cross Cav, and I like Sprockers (working types), and Staffies cross EBT's, and Jack Russell cross Yorkies but tbh its more the dog then the make up.

    I had a springer spaniel cross golden retriever and it was strange cause lucy's mum was a liver & white springer and dad the golden retriever but lucy was black& white but what a lovely dog she was

    This made me laugh! I have to say (as I am now only really able to have a small breed of dog) and going on my last dog and present dog - it would have to be ....

    Met my first Cavalier x Bichon the other day. What a beautiful little dog. She was called Bonnie and had the softest coat and biggest brown eyes I have ever seen xx

    Would have to have Border Collie in and look like one and have the temperament like my current one does. She is BC X Whippet X Lab

    Given that English Springers are really the only breed for me, i would look at a springer x cocker if i really had to!:)

    I'm quite drawn to the lab x poodles the larger ones - their madness and sense of fun really appeals to me, I love high energy dogs though :lol:

    Although Lily is the first pedigree dog I've had, I love crosses/ mongrels, I think it's because they're one off's and you rarely see two the same :lol:

    I've a had a GSD x Akita and he was some dog - Awesome :lol:
    Kiara is a BC x GSD so loyal and pretty but far too intelligent for me :005:
    Poppy is a Basenji x and she's brill too

    I love them all for their individuality :007:

    And of course Bailey Wolfhound x Retreiver he was possibly one of the most handsome dogs I've ever seen and I often wonder what he would have been like had he had his sight :cry:

    I could never own another cross that I've already had as I would maybe compare them or it would just be too much of a reminder and be too upsetting:-(
