Lovely dogs - all three. I adore GSDs and BCs. I am hoping to start training for working trials with my 6 month old GSD soon. I did look at Gefni when I was looking for another GSD - she breeds some lovely dogs. I also know Laura of Corrie Dhu. Who are Tarn's parents?

As you are near Edinburgh, you should join us on one or two of our Dogsey walks :) I live in the Lammermuirs, between Edinburgh and Berwick and would love to meet your dogs.

    More piccies please.

I have no idea what the difference between the English working/pet/show lines and the German ones are... I have been told which are which in the past but I always forget!! I just like the breed!!

I think mine have always had a nice straight back, that is the kind I like.

This is my 8 month old baby :)

my jeager has osteoarthritis and dm. he is from the old druidswood line. i have found m.d.s. CAPSULES from a vet in london, for the arthritis-- it is brilliant. he has been on it for about a year or so.. he runs like mad. it did everything they said it would, and insurance paid. i am giving him tinned pilchards each evening for the DM, because a vet said it may help slow things down.. it seems to have helped him.. although the muscle is still wasting.

I would be interested to know what lines my german shepherd is from? How would I find this out - doesn't say on the webiste of the stud company I got her from (Rockforce GSD).

Her Sire is Wardens Woody of Rockforce (AG4)
and her Dam is Foxfold Narcissus (AE4)

I dont know those dogs in particular but I do know the lady and she does have some tiekerhook lines in her stock and possibly haus sevens stuff so there may be some working german lines in your dog.
