?

Do NI/UTE type dogs look anymore 'wolfy' than the established northern type breeds?

Oop she is dharmas full sister, not litter sister From a repeat mating and is from Rowyn Kennels.

I believe quila is to be hip scored. Even then there is the small matter of finding a stud dog. . LOL

That is if the owner decides she wants to breed.

Having the intention/desire to breed in the future is very different from having permission!!

Quila's pedigree is on her website for anyone interested in viewing it.

Where does it say that my occupation is an N.I. breeder? Your statements are false and completely ridiculous!

Under my contact link it says: "More NI dogs in Utah? Well maybe, SageCountry Kennels is considering importing a male for Quila and starting a few families. Of course breeding is always dependent on NIS approval.

If you're interested in one of our future gorgeous NI dogs let us know, so we can better understand the USA demand.

You may also contact us with any questions or comments."

Quila is the best dog we have ever owned, she has a wonderful temperament. She is amazing with my 4 sons, ages: 5-10. We would love to breed her in the future, however, that idea is still far off, as well as dependent on several factors. Either way, we hope to have more than one NID regardless of if we breed or not.

I don't believe it was about my bitch having or not having permission to breed either.... I think Quila looks very wolfy, and I am asked if she has wolf in her on a regular basis.

I'm sure it can be, however, that was the point in my original post on this thread - "Do NI's/UTE's etc look more wolfy than the recognised breeds?" I was simply stating that people say Quila looks wolfy.

I'm aware of your statement, just not sure why your remark had the eye roll adressed to me after it.

I did a lot of research on Husky, Mal, Elkhound, Northern Inuit, Utonogan, CWD, Saarloos, Tamaskan, Native American Indian Dog and American Indian Dog before deciding on a Northern Inuit

LOL Did you?? Well done if you managed to find anything to research on most of them!

And the eye roll was because its the same old same old.. the wolf look a like angle!..Mals don't need to use it, neither do any other breed..why do NI need to use it?

That was a surprise to me - I've never seen that page, the dude that set up my webpage with my husband must have put that, I didn't even know I had a blog. So I'm glad you made me aware of it, I will make a phone call and have it fixed. However, a person that actually reads the information on my site can clearly see I have one Northern Inuit bitch! I am not a liar, I'm not sure how you think I can be breeding Northern Inuit Dogs with one bitch in my country? Until 3 months ago she was the only NID in the entire USA. I am not denying a desire to breed, I am simply stating I am NOT a breeder. You stated that Quila had permission to breed which is an absolute lie - so who is the liar?

I didn't start this thread to say Northern Inuit Dogs look more wolfy than Mals, take up your problem with the the OP!!

Actually I found plenty of research on all of them. I've gone the recognised breed route before, done my research on the breed and breeder etc with my last 3 dogs a Rottweiler, Vizsla, and English Setter. My Rottie had serious health problems, and my Vizsla was a neurotic mess that I pts for biting my son twice!
