Have looked up Robin Newhouse and @Chellie is correct, he bred Samoyeds - very successfully - affix Annency.
The rest of the info is mainly correct, but he does also give CC's in a handful of Utility breeds too.

    Just my opinion.
I think a well presented Shin Tzu looks glamorous enough without the addition of what is often an overlarge bow. If foreign competitors have not understood that this is the way this breed is presented in the UK, they should be advised to re-groom their dog's head upon entering the class, at the latest. It would be deliberately contentious not to take advice after travelling so far.
If they did insist on keeping the bow, the judge's preference should rule on the day. It should not be treated as a disqualifying fault, but as something that has altered the typical appearance of the dog.

    Just watched the activities display,
The staffies were great, such a shame they get a bad name.
Liked the Lab in the working trials, looked fit and healthy
Nice to see a smooth collie doing obedience
    and the bloodhounds were gorgeous.

I've just watched the agility. I don't think I'll bother entering Georgina next year although she might win a rosette for being the slowest dog that's ever competed!

The 16.00 TV programme was dire. I hope it improves.
On a brighter note, Peter the fancied Beagle, and Mike the PBGV have both cleared the first hurdle by coming BOB. Really looking forward to the Hound group!

I loved the Lakeland, (and the Welsh), Terriers.
Very surprised that Mike the PBGV didn't make the last four in the Hound group - he is the current Pup of the Year, and also won the Contest of Champions on the same day. I must confess, I had forgotten about the Whippet, but the GBGV was a surprise.
Peter the Beagle did the breed proud though, as did Beagle Sabah who, representing Wales, WON the Level 1 InterRegional Rally competition.
    Roll on Day 2.

It was truly dreadful I turned over halfway through, I really wish they would get decent presenters, can’t stand Clare Balding.

@carole c quote For Vee. The GSD team won the Obreedience.

The longcoat Gsd looked like it would rather be at home on the couch, but well done to them. :023:

At least she tries to learn, but Euan (didn't notice the spelling) Thomas is a very peculiar choice, and as for Alan Carr! Disappointed to see professional dog folk getting lured into joining in with the tomfoolery - the presenters wouldn't carry on like that at their own sports major international events
    Whinge over.

I have to clear the coffee table for safety reasons when Crufts is on because Pepe stands with his front paws on it staring at the telly. For some reason he took a dislike to the Brittany Spaniel yesterday.
