We use baby wipes after each meal to clean our pups faces.
My best guess would be allergies regardless if she is showing obvious symptoms. Hopefully you can get her to a vet though ASAP and get a diagnosis...

Frenchies are so special my wife and I love ours like children as well. Sometimes I think there better than children.
