That's absolutely right azz,I have lots of family but don't see much of them but we all have dogs in common,my dogs were my family at one stage in my life I could always rely on them when 'family' didn't want to know. I will try to catch this programm :)

I've been watching this, didn't think it I was going to like it but I love it . It's so emotional when owners bring there pets in and the cancer ones always get me going it always reminds me of my boy Dizzy who I lost to cancer 2 years ago. It's defo worth a watch :)

Aww I lost my dog too to a tumour on her liver last year, she was only 11, happened really quick aswell, she went off her food and drinking loads, lost weight, but she had mammary tumours a year or so before and took away, but I swear it had already spread .thats why I don't have much faith in vets, they wanted to give her all the tests under the sun before finally a scan which said, well it's a mass on her liver, and we can't do a liver transplant...err which left me with how many options? None.bloody good dog aswell, was gutted.

It does make you realise though, how little experience they have had when they graduate. It makes you appreciate the value of experience in a vet. practice.

I am really enjoying this series :) such a lot of hard work and dedication goes into being a vet.

I really feel for the dyslexic girl who is struggling with working out dosage, I hope she makes it through to qualify .
I think it is the last episodes this week...

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. How lovely would it be if they had a follow-up series to see how they are all getting on a year or two down the line?

They did do follow ups last time. The Inglis couple, Trude, and Steve Leonard all seemed to do quite well from the publicity.
