Yes folks I got blue fingers, well the tips of my fingers are blue, its my stupid Raynaud's disease, that turn my hands into ice blocks.
Can't hold anything or feel anything when the Raynauds strike rending my fingers useless.
So had a hand scan done & my finger tips are blue (must admit it was funny seeeing blue finger tips appear) can't really do anything for Raynauds apart from try keep hands warm all the time.

@6JRT's I have been told that I am starting with this too. I think it is connected with the Lupus. I had also been wondering why I kept letting things slide out of my hands. I haven't had a hand scan, but have been given the same advice, wear gloves, - but Eddie wouldn't like that, as I can't fish the tit bits out of my pocket with gloves on!

Tried fingerless without my success, alas. :( My hands were warm but my fingers still cold and I could not type properly. :022:

Anyhow, my hands are fairly useless at the best of times and in a few weeks I will probably be moaning about the heat again! :D

[Malka makes note to herself to call Oren to come and check the air-con unit in my bedroom before summer arrives, as it had an odd light coming from the side o_O]

I have the NHS version of those for lymphoedema. If they fit tightly they actually make the circulation in your hands worse. I'm glad to take mine off at night, as they really irritate your bicep muscle by the end of the day. I notice some of those seem a bit shorter than mine though, so they might be more comfortable.
