hello are lovely little girlie willow ,we think she is collie x with springer ,or may be rough collie x springer ,what do you all think she is lovely isnt she ,she runs so fast like a bolt of lightning ,so we thought that might point more to the ,border collie x with springer , as the rough collie isnt such a runner .
the more i see her the more im thinking 3/4s collie 1/4 GSD. theres something slightly GSD about her i think???????
Hmm not sure. She obviously looks very collie-ish, but I don't think she has any springer in her. Can't see GSD either to be honest. She is beautiful though, whatever her history!
She seems quite leggy, springers are normally a bit more stocky even in a cross. Could be pointer/collie? Or lurcher?
Whatever bitsa Willow is she's absolutely gorgeous. I'm thinking along the lines of collie x pointer too. I first thought gsd in that first pic coz of her head, but I changed my mind when I saw the rest of her! She's too tall for spaniel lines I think?? I can definitely see some pointer in her when she's standing side on and that last pic. Do you actually know so you can put us out of our misery here!!!
Id imagine she has Way too much coat for a pointer Cross, & its got to be something with non droopy ears,as collies ears dont tend to go up if crossed with a drop eared breed
I can't see any Springer Spaniel in her if i'm honest. There's not much to go on for scale so it's hard to see how big she is but I'd say if anything she's taller than a border collie and Springer genes would probably make her lower rather than higher. Regardless of what she is she's lovely looking though. If anything I can see (just a smidge) of GSD 'shape' accross the bridge of her nose/muzzle but only in the first pic.
lol NO im banking on you lot lol ,thing is her legs are very short ,some one once said she has short queen anne legs . my oh came up with the springer because of the legs ,and there our other springers in his family , we will never know ,she is adorable we love her ,it just drives you mad guessing ,she is very very collie looking in the flesh though .
