What kind of mix is my dog?? ID this breed/mix

    What kind of mix is my dog??

    To any dog breed experts out there,

    We rescued our dog, Lily, a few months ago and have wondered what kind of mix she is. There's definitely chihuahua but we don't know what other breed she could be. She's 8lbs and really doesn't bark which I know is NOT a trait of chihuahuas, so there has to be some other breed that doesn't bark a lot. We're very curious to read your replies, thanks!! :)

    I thought Chihuahua x Jack Russell too when i looked at her. Shes a very pretty little girl & well done for rescuing x

    If she had smaller ears i would have thought she was just a Jack Russell but im by no means a breed expert! I thought my cousins bullmastiff puppy was a boxer :lol:

    I agree with vulcho. Those splendid ears suggest there is Miniature Pinscher in there to me, too.

    The head-shape looks like a Chi, but the ears are way too big. Also my Chi mix doesn't really bark too much either.

    Chi x JRT , I stopped at a pet shop on the way home from work the other week for some dentastix and they had a pen of these in the shop.

    Felt sorry for them :-( .

    The bloke said they had been getting the regular and they sell within days.

    I think the front legs look alot like Jack Russell to me but maybe the Chi was crossed with an already mixed breed.

    I wouldn't read much into the not barking though, My Westie never barks and thay are well known for being gobby too.

    I don't know? I'd expect so, it's along the same lines of puppy farming.

    Either way it's not good
