I'm sorry, I'm not even sure if this dog is a pure bred. But my friend was in the Philippines and this was her aunt's dog. All they said was that this dog was a "Japanese Peach" ... the look of the face DOES make me think of a Japanese Spitz but those are usually just white dogs right? Maybe this breed is actually a mutt..? Or maybe some breed not recognized by many kennel clubs?? Just wondering. :'D It's a beautiful looking dog, that's all I can say for sure!
It kiiiind of looks like a Klee Kai ... which is of Japanese origin, but it could just as easily be a cross with a bit of spitz thrown in there.
Oh, wow, I didn't think of Klee Kais before.. actually, I didn't even know Klee Kais were of Japanese Origin either. Thanks for the input!! Haha, yes, I agree. I'm not so sure whether this is considered a pure breed in the Philippines or not. I'd never imagine that place of all countries to actually HAVE a canine club (which they actually do after doing research on google, haha).
