I ran across a dog at the shelter that I’m interested in. He’s 1yr and 7 mths maybe about 60-70 lbs (estimating). When I took him out of the cage, he was not very well on a leash—pulling, tugging and very strong. High energy, friendly dog and isn’t a barker. Huge head on him though and big paws. I’m 5’4 and he almost is as tall as me when he was standing straight up looking over the visiting/play area wall. Any clue what kind of dog he is? The shelter does have him labeled with a breed mix, but I’m skeptical. I don’t want to post it yet until I hear other opinions.
He’s a handsome chap & it would be great if you could give him what he needs I’m sorry I can’t help you though with the breed type
Does he have Pitbull in his background? I think someone knowledgeable in bully breeds should be able to help. Hopefully @Bulldogs4Life will see your post and give you better advice.
