    What breed is my dog?!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether my dog is an Argentino Dogo or if she's mixed with something else. She has all the characteristics and personality traits of a Dogo but has spots that I know are not worthy of show. So any insight on this would be great! Thank you! I'll post pic below.

I assume that you are not in the the UK as the Argentino Dogo is a breed that is not permitted in the UK, but from what I have read that breed should be pure white.

Perhaps your girl has another breed in her background.

No I'm in the US. I read that most dogo's are all white with just one black spot on the face if any but that there is a chance of a puppy in the litter having multiple black spots and this only disqualifies them for being a show dog. However, she has been mistaken for a Dalmatian before. They share very very similar traits so it's hard to tell.

Not that I give my pup a name, but if I did she could be a Doxiepin!

    Hi Shelby,

I would say not a Dogo, or maybe a mix.
You could get a saliva DNA done, which may (or may not) give you a better idea.

When you got her, did you get a chance to see the parents? Did the people you got her from claim that she was a Dogo?

Now I'm curious, so please keep us updated.

    ~Elana~
