Does anyone know anything about this breed? Doesn't seem to be a breed society in the UK for them (can't find one on the net?)
I believe they are rather rare and have not yet made the small journey from the netherlands to the UK, look like a nice dog, I think they were used to hunt otter so I guess they will have one hell of a prey drive. I have not yet seen one, strange isn't it that we recognise breeds from all over the world yet the one's in our neighbouring countries are sadly overlooked.
There seem to be a few breeds that aren't recognized in this country, Yesterday I found the Wetterhoun, Berger Picard, Picardy Spaniels and Pumi that all interested me but there was no UK breed societies for them that I could find.
