    Trying to convince hubby that this is probably true re Staffy sprints

    A SBT breeder here in Australia says that one of her dogs could do the 100m sprint in under 9 secs.
    My hubbie won't believe it so I've been trying to find, on the internet, some site with SBT race statistics.
    It's been quite difficult but then, I'm not remotely internet savy so I was hoping someone here would be able to point me in the right direction? :)

    You might find the information to find as sprinting and the SBT don't come together in most peoples minds.

    I would google lureing or just plain racing as people do race them agains the clock at some athletic events.

    Try also googling ACES as they hold these events here in the UK
    Holland also does a lot of these events but unless the english on the sites it might be a bit more difficult

    My Border Terrier can do 100m in 7.1 seconds. 9 secs for a Staff is very easily achievable.

    I go to ACES here in the UK and my boy does 100m lure race in 8.94 seconds. An awful lot of other staffies can do it in under 9 seconds too. Here are the results - they are grouped into sizes - Mini, midi and maxi. Zulu in the maxi group is mine.
