Hello my hubby has been on laptop and hes not very good with technology of any kind. Hes in a lot of trouble for this and for what he was bidding on on ebay For what ever reason i now can not scroll up or down with the edge of the touch pad i have to use the arrows and i dont like it. Ive spent ages now trying to put it back with no luck and he claims to have not done anything to it. Any ideas?? Thankyou
Hi Katy Does it work ok in different browsers? If so might be worth resetting your normal browser (or try updating it). If it doesn't work sounds like the settings for the track pad - so you might want to look at the control panel. Unfortunately I haven't used a PC for years so am totally out of touch with them
oh well thanks anyway. it just doesnt work atall on anything. will have a root around in control panel
