A true fact unfortunately all those excuses and always the same excuses

Only part of those excuse that had any meaning to me was ''its not the dogs fault'' and never a truer word said, no its not..........its the fault of the person who simply can not/won't/has not any intention of being a good owner and taking responsiblity for thier decision of having and getting rid.
Too much lack of making a committment and educating themselves before taking a warm bloodied animal that has really done nothing wrong except.....being picked as ''our dog'' by people with no brains
