    Recycling machine dispenses food for stray dogs and cats

    Not sure if this has been posted before.

    In the city of Istanbul, Turkey, there are over 150 thousand stray dogs wandering the streets without food or shelter. A clever device by Turkish company Pugedon hopes to help feed those strays by recycling bottles in exchange for free dog food.

    I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing but figured it was interesting.
