Well today i picked up a new addition to my family...not the bitch pup i talked about last week (for various reasons)
Got talking to someone at an agility comp i was at this weekend and found out about a litter of 4, 12wk old pups(kept back purposly for socialization etc)

so here we have a b&w bitch..as yet un named- feel free to suggest- i want something different and sharp- so far have

I tend to use traditional sheepdog names for my collies, so may not be the best person to suggest a name but for an agility dog (as well as a sheepdog), I like Fly or Swift.

There is a collie cross at our agility called Groove

hang on a mo :? :? dont jump to conclusions,if it was an agility bred dog it may have been socialised at shows,training etc if youve ever been to an agility show you know if a pup can get through that its bombproof!!! my huskys used to come,not to compete with me(had my collie for that.)but for the great socialisation.

labman im not even going to open that link as its obvious you have jumped to conclusions.
the litter is only just allowed out and about now due to vaccinations...but they have been taken on car journeys, interacted with various vaccinated dogs that go to training there(they have agility equipment) have been taken and carried on busy roads to get used to traffic, have been introduced to collar and lead and also been around various livestock and met lots of visitors on the busy working farm they came from.
hope that puts your obviously concerned mind at ease

my old boss used to be called maggie- the only dog that would now suit that name in my eyes is a bulldog...chewing a wasp!!!

Is she a BC or WSD ? Did you check the parents health tests & is she clinically screened for CEA /Colobomas ?
