    Pimple type rash

    Hello everyone !
    I recently noticed that my frenchie has these on his stomach, any idea what they are called and how to treat them? Henry just turned 4 months a few days ago and he did not have them before. Appreciate any help! Thank you.

    Sorry, the photo is not clear enough for me to make out any pimples. Maybe my age but I can only see his teats and some pigmentation marks.
