    Pet Food Recall

I do not know if this will affect anyone on Breedia, but Bravo! is recalling select lots of Bravo! pet food due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

    See HERE for complete list.

Neither have I, but as some is manufactured in the UK it is possible that some Breedia [and Dogsey] members do actually give it to their dogs.

Which is why I put up the recall warning, as better safe than sorry.

One of the advantages of feeding Pereg on human food is that it never gets recalled!

I've never heard of Bravo either.

Like Pereg, Georgina is fed on "human food" although in her case it's lightly cooked because the funny girl won't eat anything frozen or too cold . (Even the raw chicken wings she has for breakfast have to be warmed in the microwave).

I became very wary of commercially produced dog food about ten years ago, when living in South Africa, nearly 200 dogs either died of became seriously ill with kidney problems after being fed on tinned dog food imported from China.
