Ah Malka .... you're a fraud! From the descriptions you've written of yourself, I imagined you to be a fat lady with overflowing boobs and tummy .... but what do I see ... a petite svelte lady with not a bulge in sight! PS If I come to Israel can I have ride in the silver monster .... pleeeeeze?
Overflowing boobs woz settid on fat tummy. Humungous teeshirt hidded dem all. Got very skinny arms and legs though, and The Silver Monster is not called that for nothing, because He Is Seriously Big. Very Big. I know I was holding onto Pereg's chain leash, but that was just to keep her still for the photograph, as it is fixed onto the lower part of the canopy/roof strut [you can see the red loop end of the leash]. It, the leash, goes to the inside of the right arm of The SM - gives her plenty of room for gallops or slow walks but makes sure she cannot get in front of my wheels or behind them for when I reverse. We drive on the right so she is on the nearside. He is Big. He is Powerful. But he will also just crawl along and his steering is so light that even my useless arms can control him perfectly with just one hand if necessary, as his forward/reverse drive levers can be used by either hand. And in case you were wondering, this shows the snood that I was wearing on my head! Oh, and my little bungalow is the white one you can see at the top left of the photo!
Lovely trees in the first photo. Chai is rather lovely too! I think I'd be popping to the macolet quite often if I lived there.
Lovely trees and a rather lovely Chai - wot abaht de dawg an de Silver Monster an moi? I do not know what those trees are - they are immediately opposite my house and the pink "blossom" or whatever it is turns up late in the year. And the trees lose everything and are bare just when you would expect new growth - sort of the opposite to what you would expect. OK, here is another photo of Chai [the "Ch" pronounced as in the Scottish Loch - and it rhymes with "hi" or "by"] I think he is maybe mid/late 20s and as far as I know still single! And he is a very nice young man who is doing everything to turn the newly refurbished [inside and out] macolet from the scruffy mess that it had been into a clean, modern, and cheaper, mini supermarket.
Now now, there's no need to start acting the temperamental diva. You, Pereg and The Silver Monster are so obviously very lovely that I didn't need to say it. And how come you have all these pictures of Chai - do you think he's rather lovely too?
Dog powdered scooter I love your cover I don't have that on my scooter, but my scooter is all terrain one that can go out in rain/snow plus its foot operated, goes can go from 2mph to 15mph & it has to have number plate & have road tax because it goes over 6mph. I also love the hunky man very nice got the looks of a pop star / actor My scooter
@Janet - I only took two photos of Chai! I will take some more if you wish... @6JRT's - is your scooter a Breeze? It looks very much like one and that is one of their colours. I did try one before I got The Silver Monster but they are not controllable forward/reverse with either hand, plus it was too heavy on the steering for me, needing both hands all the time, even though The SM is larger and heavier. He was just more suitable for my physical abilities which is why I bought him in the first place. He is also all terrain with four-wheel independent suspension, which is why I can take him on the tractor paths, ruts and all - hence him usually being covered with dust, mud and sand, but he is not foot operated which would be no use to me. I do not need number plates and tax as I do not go off the Moshav with him, but of course I do have insurance. Incidentally, his rear-view mirror [one of those wide view ones] is on the front of his canopy/roof - which I find my easier than the two that I had on my previous scooter which were on the steering handlebars. I think he is the 6th road scooter I have had and I cannot see myself ever replacing him as he is actually a one-off. Oh, and I will tell Chai what you said about him being a hunk!
You only took two photos? Yeah, right. We believe you. No, don't take any more on my account - poor bloke will start having nightmares if he thinks his photo is being posted on the internet for old age pensioners to lust after.
Yes Malka is the old Breeze 4 the new Breeze 6 -7 & 8 are fully electronic, with speedometer radios, CD player & or MP3-4 /iPod sockets, but no foot pedal that's why me kept me Breeze 4, I still got me Harley Davidson 3 wheel one (at shop being service at moment) but I only use that if me Breeze 4 is low on power & for going park as can get 2 dogs by me feet (have lazy dogs they like to ride to/from park) will put photo up of it when me get home
@Janet - you think he did not know that I was going to put his photos up on t'internet for all us dog lovers? Heaven forfend he should think that I took the photos for myself Well, I mean, why would I want photos of him when I can see him from my open doorway when he is outside the macolet? [I do hope he cannot see my monocular spyglass...]
Ooh, very nice Tina! Pegasus and Pegasus II were early versions of the Harley, very prone to getting punctures. Then came Bumper who was also a three-wheeler but with much wider wheels and also with the either-hand-control Delta handlebar. Then Bronco, my first four-wheeler, then [briefly] The Trident [who was a three-wheeler again], and now The Silver Monster. The SM is actually a double but with a single "captain's chair" seat, which swivels to make it easier to get on and off as it is quite high. The delumptious Doron keeps waving the brochure for a new one scooter under my nose whenever he comes to do something to any of my wheels [currently waiting for him to bring new batteries for Tontoo], but for me The Silver Monster is just sheer perfection so I do not want to replace him!
That's Ziva the Diva on the Harley she had just come back from the vets & was not happy as the vet put that thermometer somewhere that she hated. K9 did have a leather jacket when he was younger, but no longer fits him however he does have the goggles which he wears
