    I know that there is a place in Florida called teacup puppies and boutique who sell papillon puppies I tried looking at the American Kennel Club for breeders but because I live in England it will only let me have access to the British Kennel Club but I hope you find your perfect puppy!!

    Afraid that the word 'teacup' would put me off. You could try contacting the Papillon Breed Club. Their details will be on the AKC site.

    I - I called so many really great people and they all wanted a certain amount that my husband thought was too much... So now he is ok with the price so I have to search again... But it will happen eventually! I contacted those involved with papillon club of America who only breed once in awhile and care about health and happiness of this spunky breed
