NI People/Breeders...Advice please ?

For Julie Kelham or any other NI people or breeders..............

I am trying to find out more info about a particular lady who keeps or has NIs near Exeter (Devon) which happens to be near me.

Her name rings a bell and I feel it's not for good reasons, hence not wanting to publish it here.

If any of you are knowledgable regarding other NI breeders, can you please PM me and I will explain more and give the name of the lady I speak of.
