My two girls have just had new beds they look lovely But Matsi dont like them she wouldnt go in the kitchen for a hr. after I put them in there then she would run passed them. We have all been in the bed trying to get her in it also put toys in it hopefully she may try it later Coya likes the both of them
Hi Denise what kind of beds are they? I wouldn't make a fuss about the bed better to ignore its presence but I would hide treats in there (like bits of chicken ) and praise Matsi when you see her in the bed so that she comes to associate it with good things Some dogs do take time to accept new things. If you have an old blanket/cover Matsi has been lying on which contains her scent, putting that in the bed may help.
they are two big soft beds thank you for your comment I will try it. Wish me luck, Coya is happy at the moment she has got two new bed to sleep in. Matsi is such a funny egg,she dont like change
