Looks like one after a face lift It does look alot nicer than one I saw in the vets the other week, it was so saggy it's jowls were massive and its eyes were covered with flaps, ugliest dog i'd ever seen, but the normal ones who are bred nicely are alot more wrinkly than your pic but not deformed looking like the one I saw
This was my old boy (2 hours before he was pts) :-( He wasn't very wrinkly but he looks like he was on this one Imo Sharpei are one of the most individual dogs, it's rare to find 2 that are very alike
