The only way to be sure is to do a dna test. Even if she looks like a purebred, there could be another breed(s) in her. And honestly does it really matter? You love her and she loves you.
What has made you think that she isn't pure-bred? Does she have registration papers, and did you get her from an experienced breeder? I think that she does look pure-bred, and if she is your companion dog, that is all that matters.
