Is My jack a miniature breed??

    hi guys

my jack pup i bought is 8 weeks old, but seems very small, especially his head,

is this normal for a 8 week puppy jack, or could i have one of those delicate miniature types??

does anyone know if my jacks face will fill out, and will he become stronger ?

thanks for any advice. a few pics below

You can't really tell too much with 8 week old puppies, but he looks pretty 'normal' to me for an 8 week old Jack x

I suspect he will grow into his head. If he is a runted puppy, chances are his head would look BIG for his body, not small. My Jade was a runt and her head and eyes were way too large for her tiny body. She is currently about 13 years old and aside from mammary tumors caused by not spaying her, she's been a healthy dog. No allergies, no heart or organ problems, and only normal arthritis despite wonky runt puppy legs. She still moves under her own power and as medication doesn't seem to help, she does it unassisted.

Probably. When he gets about 6-8 months, you'll have a better idea. I think he's normal.
