I'm furious .... I feel like sticking pins into the wax effigy of the man who sometimes takes the girls for a walk ...... I'm so annoyed with him! On Saturday he offered to take Georgie for a walk and I happened to mention that when Chloe was ill Georgie reacted very badly and snapped at Chloe. So what does he do but go round the village telling everyone that Georgie is aggressive! On Sunday we went to training and when we got back I took Georgie for a walk only to be stopped by one of my neighbours who wanted to know whether Chloe and I had been bitten as a result of Georgie's (supposed) aggression. At the time I didn't have a clue what she talking about until the following morning when I got a visit from the district nurse who came to see if I was alright then gave me a lecture about how I must always keep Georgie in a muzzle for my own safety?????? It was only then that the penny finally dropped. It absolutely ridiculous because of all the dogs in the the village Georgie is the only one who wears a collar and walks on a lead, has had any training, and is friendly towards people and other dogs She wouldn't hurt a fly which is more than I can say about the village dogs who are an unfriendly lot I've learnt my lesson and in future I'll keep my mouth well and truly SHUT!
