Good morning all. I am back after quite some time. Life gets busy, as you all know. How is everyone? Jager is a little over 2 years old now and has settled down quite a bit. He is a good boy and loves people of all sizes. Hope this finds you all well!
It's crazy how fast time goes! I know it's a cliche but really. One minute I'm a teenager and the next I'm in my 30s, almost 40s...and don't get me started on how fast time sped up after I had my daughter. She will be 10 in March. Jager very much takes after the Jack Russell in that he is energetic, loves to jump, and still gets into mischief. His favorite thing to do is take the dish rag off the stove bar and shake it. He also gets into dirty laundry and as we heat with wood he likes to try to get into that too. We have to keep our eye on that one! He is said to have Pit, Boxer, and Hound in him as well. I have yet to see how he takes after the Boxer. He does have the Pit facial structure, just on a smaller scale, and his stance is quite the Pit Bull stance. Jager loves to snuggle, and I have been told that is a Pitty trait. He does bay like a Hound sometimes. The vet says the ticking in his coat is like a Hound too. We love him though and are glad he is in the family!
