Het....they truly are amazing dogs, and a true credit to you! They have such great shape (as a gundog should!) and such soulful eyes that just seep a loveable feeling from them!
The pictures are wonderful too-looks as if Murphy and Isla had a good day!

I just love your Murphy, the only black GSP I've ever seen.

And then there's Isla, lovely girl. Great name too! ;-)

    Thankyou:grin:

It is beautiful round here and the best place to live!!!, that valley is quite close and I go there quite often, and best of all theres a gorgeous little pub at the end of the valley:grin:

Todays day trip was over to the Northumbrian coast...a bit of a hike but it was well worth it!

    Hi,
I have a GSP bitch. I really love the breed. They have a good temperment, good with children and very loyal and energetic. There were black puppies in the same litter as my bitch Pebbles. What line is Muphy? I'll be posting pictures of my beautiful dog soon. I would like to put her in the virtual dog show.

    Such beautiful dogs.
9 years ago I went to a rescue kennels to get a companion for my GSD and fell in love with a brown and white dog - this turned out to be Altburgh Joker, a GSP (now named Laddie) who taught me all about gundogs. He`s 14 now and tends not to move from the hearth. They are a wonderful breed, and aren`t we lucky to have them?
ps I`m going to look at a young rescue GSP on thursday.....
