My local pet food wholesalers noticeboard is a really eyeopening display of the current trends in designer breeds... At the moment it is full of poo... Caverpoo, cockerpoo, sharpoo and doodle... Labradoodle, golden doodle... Then tucked in the middle was a litter of 'doodlepoos' Doodlepoo? Just a poodle?
Doodlepoos...on deary me! Maybe not quite a bad as the Cockerdoodledo's (Cockerpoo x Poodle) I saw advertised on the internet once....which I prayed was a joke!!
Phoned and asked the shop owner; Apparently it's a labradoodle cross cockerpoo (she thinks it's mad too)... If I buy one and breed it back to a cocker can I call that a cockerdoodlepoo? If it wasn't so tragic it would be funny
Sounds like a pile of poo to me! Bet they're silly prices too. Jamie gets worried about me sometimes as when we see a "Labradoodle" I have a very rude impulse to ask the owner "Is that a Pooador?" not that I would of course!
No if you cross a Cockerpoo back to a Poodle (so 75% Poodle, 25% Cocker - what is the point?!) that is aparantly a Cockadoodledo.
Met one of these for the first time on the park the other week. I thought it was a Pug as looked exactly like one but the owner informed me it was a "Jug"! Words failed me.
You get a dog with a funny name , its a good job dogs don't speak English though, can imagine what they would think of what their owners are telling people they are
lol thats the first ive heard of a cockadoodledo, usually its all the nonsence of F1b and F2s and what not
