Hi all. Does anyone here have a frenchie? Both my husband and I love the look of them and would maybe one day like to have one. We have 2 dogs at the moment, a lab and a pug x. I was just wondering what they are like in terms of temperament, energy levels etc. I have never met one but my husband met one yesterday and he is in love- maybe dog number 3 is on the cards after all!! Would love to see piccies as well! Jo x

one of Tupacs best friend is meant to be a frenchie(looks like she has boston in her to me) she is a brill dog very playfull and sweet,gives as good as she gets ;-) loads of energy and does the best zoomies....she hates water and cold tho
Hi we pick our baby up on the 5th June whoop!!!!!! He is a male brindle puppy called Marvin http://photobucket.com/bijouinnuendo here he is at 5 weeks. His ears have now started to stand up and apparently he has grown loads. Bijou
Gorgeous little puppy Bijou!! And Tupacs2legs, thanks for the pics, a gorgeous little chap/lady!! I think I will get my 6 yr old daughter on the case, she normally helps me get my own way!! Thank you Poppy!! She certainly helped me get my little Bryan, my Pug x. We also have Mutley, a huge lab who just loves every dog he meets so a lovely little pack is waiting if i ever get my way!! Well Lola is my first Frenchie and has made me fall head over heels in love with the breed. In terms of temperament, she is extremely friendly and vivacious, she a lot of dog in a little package if you know what I mean. Lola is very extrovert, they are definitely the clowns of the canine world and she makes us laugh every day. If you are thinking of getting one, please do your research as the breed has some health issues that you need to ensure the breeder has health-checked for. Here is Lola with my other dog Marius, they are the best of buddies.
