I do I have bought all 10 dog a presents well maybe more then 1 present as each dog as 2 toys, 6 packet of treats, bed, coat [JRT's], lead/collar/harness [from the pet auction] My rats are getting a new cages extension making their cage 6 foot long by 6 foot high My normal size rabbits have wooden chew treats & tunnels [drain pipe] My giant rabbits have new homemade hutches & beds to put in hutches. The 2 Macaws are getting new ceiling swings, toys & nuts treats. The goldfish are getting colour changing lights. So what are your pets getting for Christmas
Squeaky balls . Rosie loves her toys and doesn't destroy them. Christmas morning is a joy with her as she is so excited to get new toys
OK, even though we do not celebrate Christmas, the first day of Hannuka this year is on 25 December, although we light the first candle the evening before. So I might, just might, let the little booga have a soft chew of my knuckles!
I had better leave replying till Monday as I will be shopping at a big Champ. show this weekend. Eddie has recently fallen in love with small, furry, bone shaped squeakers. I think he must be having a second puppyhood, so it would be a nice time to add to his collection. Merry loves tennis balls, but we have dozens of those already.
Shhhhhh don't tell my hubby but I got K9 & Skye diamond encrusted collars from Posh Dog in Paris France, well they are 10 next year so decided to buy them a extra present
Humbug alert lol There was a time when I did. I can recall stockings full of goodies for Beau, Skye, Fingal but not these days. Breagh, Mijbil, Willow - Toys just get massacred and a lot of the chewy things - I'm a bit wiser about. An afternoon with an empty box or some wrapping paper and they're happy as Larry. They will always get a special Christmas dinner though
OK, Xmas dog shopping done. Four foam and polar fleece bed pads for their day beds, (they don't often share) - these are a BIG hit! A packet of cheese biscuits each. Soft squeaky sheep for Eddie. Yellow Kong toy for Merry. But, they do have whatever they need, whenever they need it, so it's a bit artificial really.
