    Coat Type query?

    This might sound like a really stupid question :blush: but I have just been to look at some Jack Russell puppies and Mum was smooth coated and Dad was rough coated. How old will the puppies be before you can tell what coat type they will have? (It just started a debate in the car on the way home)

    You should tell at about 5-6wks, sometimes earlier.
